Fair Warning

We had a fantastic preview last night. The performances were tight, focused and delivered with great finesse; I couldn’t have been more proud. There is nothing to compare with the electricity an audience brings to a performance. Where the focus has previously been on perfecting the mechanics of each element of the production, an audience brings it all together into one unified whole. Their energy propels us forward and truly puts us to the test. In this fleeting moment our production either succeeds or fails — and there can be no doubt that last night’s audience gave us an enthusiastic stamp of approval. Laughter and bravos peppered their responses throughout the evening, and they immediately leapt to their feet for a standing ovation when the final curtain fell. Bravo indeed. And now for that "fair warning:" last night’s performance was almost sold out. Chances are good that any or all of our remaining three performances could indeed be sold out. At any event, there is sure to be a scramble for the best choice of general admission seating. If you don’t have tickets, get them now. And please arrive at the theater as early as possible to get in before we fill up. The lobby and box office will open one hour before each performance and seating will begin half an hour before the performance.
